Our hotel in Andalo offers a restaurant area consisting of three rooms: the La Piazzetta restaurant, dedicated to families, and the two Stube Maria and Garden Stube rooms, designed for couples who want to enjoy their intimacy (with priority given to guests of the Suites). To these is also added the restaurant room reserved for guests in the company of their pets.
Every day the chefs of our hotel offer new and delicious gourmet dishes, proposing the typical flavors of Trentino-Alto Adige to whet your palate. In our restaurant we use only fresh and natural products typical of the Trentino areas to bring the essence of our tradition and our land to your table.
THE GAJA WINERY
Our hotel also holds a precious secret: in our wine cellar there is a bottle of Gaja Sorì San Lorenzo from 1978, of inestimable value. It is this bottle for true collectors that gives its name to our wine reserve: 628 bottles and 220 different varieties make our cellar a real jewel for connoisseurs. You can decide to sip a glass of good wine by choosing from the many vintage bottles of our cellar, while tasting an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses typical of our territory.
